Tomorrows technology today! Brought to you by Toyota.

How often have you seen someone parked in a restricted area and get away with it?

Now there’s technology that targets those parking laws. They’re called SafetySticks.

“We installed on a sidewalk next to the dangerous areas to places like crosswalks, bus stops, fire lanes, bike paths”

Robert Mathews Vice President of Municipal Parking Services says their SafetySticks have high-definition cameras that can capture someone parking in those areas.

“It creates a timestamped picture when they’ve arrived, when they’ve left, and we share that with the city in town and at that point, it’s up to them to approved whether this should be mailed or not to an offender.”

That’s tomorrow’s technology today, brought to you by Toyota.
