Brian Cassady

CEO




Brian joined MPS in August 2016 and brings 25 years of experience with transitioning businesses to higher performance. Prior to MPS, Brian was CEO of Fansteel, Inc. A multinational manufacturer of complex engineered components for the aerospace, defense and industrial markets. Prior to that, Brian was an interim executive for Sun Capital Partners, where he was responsible for executing operational turnarounds of multiple Sun Capital portfolio companies. Brian holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Indiana University. He has also studied Economics at the National University of Singapore.

Natalie Danko

VP of Client Services


Natalie is a thought leader in enhanced and automated enforcement and parking operations. In addition to being our resident polyglot-she's fluent in five languages-Natalie successfully manages our worldwide operations. Natalie's responsibilities are almost too long to list, but a sampling includes initial customer testing and installation, account management and overseeing the turnkey implementation of MPS Sentry parking services for VIA Rail, the long-distance passenger rail system that spans all of Canada.

As our software and customer relations expert for our Canadian operations, Natalie also educates clients on best practices for using our Sentry and Sentry Link/View software. Natalie has earned B.S. and M.S. degrees from Kyiv International University, in Kyiv, Ukraine. She's also studied International Business at Arbutus College in Vancouver, Canada.

Paul Martin

VP of Customer Service


Paul joined MPS in February of 2015 with over 30 years of software and service experience. He was formerly VP of Worldwide Services for Brocade Network Systems after serving as VP of Customer Service for McData Corporation, since. Prior to McData, he was VP of Engineering Quality and later VP of Customer Service for the CNT Corporation. He has also worked for IBM, Digi International and Calabrio.

At each of these companies, Paul pioneered the development and implementation of remote management services for problem detection and monitoring of hardware and software systems of all types using networks, intelligent devices and Salesforce.com implementations for the most mission-critical applications for the Fortune 500 computer centers globally.

Paul has a BS in Computer Science from Louisiana University and an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota. Paul has applied for 6 patents through his career with 2 being granted and 2 pending in the networking area, including one based on unique algorithms to proactively determine key performance indicators associated with customer satisfaction and the overall health of a network solution.

Robert Matthews

VP of Sales & Business Development



Rob works collaboratively with our clients who include Mayors, Police Chiefs, Parking leadership and Chambers of Commerce to implement the MPS Smart City Parking Platform.Rob holds an BS in Political Science from Roger Williams University and MBA from Nichols College. He is a member of the Smart Cities Council. He is also an active member of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council, the International Parking Institute and New England Parking Council.

Mark Moran

CTO


Having built and run development teams since 1993, and with an extensive background in large-scale and enterprise computing, Mark is the perfect choice to run our engineering organization. Drawing on his proven history of innovative technology to the marketplace, he's responsible for the design, development and delivery of the MPS product family of software and hardware mobile, embedded, sensor, video and cloud solutions.

Before joining MPS, Mark served as chief engineer for flash storage products in the I/O Group of IBM's System and Technology Group. He also has held executive positions in several publicly traded companies, including vice president of RAID Software for Dot Hill and vice president of engineering for Ciprico. Mark holds a computer science degree from the Institute of Technology at the University of Minnesota.
