Dear Investor –

As we head into the Labor Day weekend, I wanted to get out a quick update.

August was our best month ever in the history of the company. I apologize for the length of this, but hey, there is a ton of stuff going on. Here are some highlights.

On the parking lot front, we have been extremely busy with new wins and installations, along with more in the works:

  • Westgate / Yam Properties (https://westgateaz.com/) installation I mentioned at the beginning of August is progressing well. We will go live on September 17th for the Giants/Cardinals game. This has already led to other large venue opportunities in Indiana, Louisiana, and Texas. More on that as we continue working to close those deals.

  • We have installed and mailed out our first violations in Seattle, WA for a large garage with other locations forthcoming. Operational efficiencies, full enforcement coverage (24x7), revenue growth and enhanced security coverage.

  • We are now live and mailing tickets at the very large garage complex (Whole Foods) in Miami, FL .

  • We are installing 4 beach front lots in West Haven, CT (Premium Operated) that will go live this month and should be great revenue producers with additional locations being considered.

  • University of Augsburg we mentioned a while back on the lot and garage front. All nine of them go live next month. (Sticks are already installed and making money there)

  • We are underway to install our first large lot in New Mexico in the busy city of Albuquerque with others being considered. We are making our way to have installations in every state…

On the SafetyStick front

We landed our first deal ever in the State of Virginia. The town is called Farmville. This whole time I thought that was just a name of a video game. Farmville is a town that I am sure most of us have never heard of, but this is a very important city for us. We have some very large cities in Virginia that told us that they wanted the SafetySticks, but did not want to go first. Farmville is our leadoff hitter for the rest of Virginia. Their local newspaper ran a story about us which you can read here: https://www.farmvilleherald.com/2023/08/farmville-police-look-to-crack-down-on-illegal-parking-around-town/. Once the story was out, we had one of the larger cities we had already met with reach out and tell us to send over a contract. I think we are about to run through Virginia like we are running through New Jersey now.

Speaking of New Jersey. We also signed the city of North Plain Field, NJ this month. Another city that I have never heard of. We are installing 67 sticks there to get started. We have many more New Jersey cities right around the corner. They have already said yes, we are just waiting on contracts or city council approval. So, stay tuned for many more great things to come out New Jersey.

On another note, in NJ. Linden, NJ that we announced in June and installed in July has already come back to us and ordered more sticks. They also had a nice story about us in their local paper which you can read here: https://www.shorenewsnetwork.com/2023/08/31/linden-police-department-launches-parking-enforcement-initiative-using-safety-sticks/ . I have also attached a picture of the Linden install, check it out.

We all know that a major sign of success is when your current customers come back for more. Not only did Linden do that this month so did Guttenberg NJ, Wilkes-Barre, PA, Hamtramck, MI, and Bridgeport, CT. You gotta love it.

We also recently received city council approval from our first city in Maryland called Hyattsville. Like Farmville, Hyattsville will be our leadoff hitter for Safety Sticks in Maryland. Stay tuned for more on Maryland in the near future.

I’m happy to report that we have received a signed agreement from the City of Lynn, Massachusetts. Lynn is another important city that borders Boston like the city of Everett which we recently signed and will be launching in September. Lynn is the 8th largest city in the state and with about 90,000 residents is the 12th most dense city in MA. The city has identified three specific categories of dangerous and illegal parking that it would like to enforce better. These areas include School Zones, Fire Zones, and No Parking areas near intersections. The city estimates there are approximately 200 potential locations to cover.

We continue to focus on the other remaining topmost dense and populated cities in MA and expect to announce more MA cities the coming months.

We announced two months ago the University of Alabama which installed our SafetySticks two weeks ago. As you know, we have been a Minnesota company for years. We have talked to the University of Minnesota many times over the last few years. They never really moved that far down the line, but lo and behold you put some sticks in their back yard at Augsburg College and install the University of Alabama, look who came running. We installed sticks there last week. I have attached pictures of this SafetyStick install at the University of Alabama and the University of Minnesota.

Expect many more deals in September. We have several on the one inch line that we are just waiting on redlines on contracts back. They have already said yes, so we know they’re coming. I remember the days when we would land 2 to 3 deals per year, now we are landing 2 to 3 deals per week. Shake and Bake!!!

As you can tell we are heads down and pencil moving on the sales and marketing front.

It has been a busy month on the marketing front for sure.

Inside Sales

Our team of 5 continues to outperform expectations setting appointments using an auto dialer for our outside sales team. We have the ability to make thousands of dials per day and in turn set more appointments faster. Police chiefs, city managers and parking directors are the decision makers we set the most appointments with.

New Content

We are very quickly creating new content and assets to be used in all our marketing channels. We are producing videos and shooting photography. Here is a link to our newest SafetyStick video and a photo of one of our sticks recently installed in Denver is in our attachment.

 Email Campaigns

We are using automated email campaigns to engage city and higher ed stakeholders and move them from a prospect to an opportunity. We are excited to add marina and boat ramp operators to our email campaigns. (Photo of SafetyStick and Boat Ramp email campaigns in attachment)

 Pipeline

With all these marketing initiatives and the sales team's efforts, we now have over 400 active SafetyStick additional city opportunities on Deck!!

Did you catch that part, we have over 400 active SafetyStick opportunities in the pipeline. In order for a city to get into the pipeline we have had to make them a full-blown presentation in order for them to move into our pipeline.

Have a great Labor Day weekend. If you have any questions, please call me.

Hold on to your Hat!!!

 Thanks

Joe
