Dear Investor,

We have some great news to announce today. First off, we are still landing deals left and right and I will send out a longer update in the near future, but the main take way is that our momentum has not slowed down.

We signed a very important deal yesterday and wanted to tell you right away. We just received our first signed contract for SafetySticks in California. The city is called Sierra Madre which is located in Los Angeles County. The opportunity for SafetySticks in California is colossal.

Just stop and think about how many fire hydrants, bus stops, bike lanes, fire lanes, loading zones, 15 and 30 min only zones, bus lanes, cross walks and the no parking area next to every street corner in California.

What we have seen in the past is that we just need that one town to go first and once we have that, then it is ”Katy bar the door”.
