Dear Investor, 

 I have mentioned in the past that with our big win at the U.S. Patent office we now have a very big hammer to swing and that we are going to start swinging it. As of a couple of hours ago we have started that process. We filed a federal patent infringement lawsuit against Parking Revenue Recovery Service (PRRS) and LAZ Parking. LAZ is one of the top 2 parking operators in the U.S. and PRRS is one of the largest providers of automated parking lot technology. A copy of this lawsuit is attached so you can read it yourself. One difference you will notice between the Clancy suit that we started last year is that we went after Clancy for violating three of our patents. With the case against PRRS and LAZ we are going after them for violating 5 of our patents. If you recall, we currently have 49 patents to our name. 

Speaking of swinging the hammer. Every industry has a big trade show and parking is no different. The mother of all industry events is called the IPMI show. It changes location every year and this year it is in Louisville, KY June 8th – 11th. We have never attended this show and talked about our parking lot technology but following our recent victories with the U.S. Patent Office, it is time to bring the heat. What better way to do that then go right into the belly of beast.  We purchased a big booth surrounded by all the idiots that we believe are infringing on our patents. Our booth has a lot of the same marketing messaging on why you should remove your gates from your lots and garages and replace them with cameras, because it is smart and you will make more money. But our booth has something they do not – a big wall that lists all our patents and a QR code that not only takes you to the patents to read but also takes you to the recent patent reexamination ruling on those patents. We also have a brochure that lists key claims inside our patents. Imagine if you are the poor sales guy at our competitor’s booth across from us and you are talking about how great your technology is because it has this feature and that feature and then you have us across the way going, we have that feature patented, oh yea we got that feature patented and here are all the patent numbers. And one more thing, here is a copy of all the Patent reexamine documents. Game, set, match. These idiots are going to poop their pants. “Unleash the Kraken.”  I have attached pictures of our booth.
