Dear Shareholder,

I hope you have a great Thanksgiving with your family. We had another amazing week here at MPS. We landed three new cities:

1. Hasbrouck Heights, NJ

2. Tamaqua, PA

3. Hyattsville, MD

Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. This will be another great city for NJ. Just a year ago we only had one city in the state, now we are stacking them up like cord wood.

We got our third city in Pennsylvania, a town called Tamaqua. I love when you land cities you have never heard of and cannot even pronounce correctly. Many more cities to come in Pennsylvania.

Lastly, we just landed our first city in Maryland. This is big news for us because just like all other states, once you land one, the next are right on your heels. This city is called Hyattsville. That is a city I have heard of.

Do you remember when we were getting like 3 deals a year and now, we are closing three deals a week? Wow have things changed.
