Dear Investor,

2024 is off to the races for MPS. Many great things happened for us last week…

For starters, the State of Arizona already had our lot technology running, but now they have our SafetyStick technology as well. As you may recall, last year we installed our largest parking lot to date at Westgate Entertainment District and parking for the Arizona Cardinals stadium in Glendale, Arizona. It went live for the Cardinals home opener in September 2023. This lot is also part of the Westgate District retail center (if you live in Austin, similar to the Domain). This complex looks like a little downtown area with hotels, shops, restaurants, night clubs, etc. Because it’s like a little downtown area it has all the no parking spots you would expect in any town such as loading zones, crosswalks, fire hydrates, etc. About a month ago we installed a pilot for SafetySticks to show them how we could enforce their no parking spots. I am happy to report that they are now moving forward with 50 SafetySticks in a two-phase installation starting with 28 sticks right off the bat. We never would have landed this deal if they weren’t so impressed with what we had done. They were over the moon on our parking lot technology and customer service. This is a great win for our company and really speaks to how well the organization is running not only from a product standpoint but operational as well. The old saying “the proof is the pudding” applies.

Next, our parking lot technology has been installed in about every type of parking situation you can think of. Football stadiums, shopping centers, boat ramps, downtown business districts, hotels, etc. It has been installed in a lot as small as 12 cars and a lot as big as 14,000 cars. But a place we have not been yet and there are more to come…airports. This week we landed our first one. The Shreveport Regional Airport in Louisiana. It is a good size facility, 700 spaces. I would consider this airport a tier 2 airport, but there are many of these regional airports (more than tier 1 airports) around that really cannot afford to operate a gated parking solution because they do not want to pay for the staff to babysit the gate arm 24/7. We see this as a big market for us and will continue to pursue opportunities with these regional airports.

We kicked off a few notable designs and upcoming installations this week for those of you that live in Minnesota. The big parking decks at Theater Garage - 910 Lasalle Street, LaSalle Court Ramps A & B and 7 Corners Ramp – 1800 Washington Street.  Also, in Duluth we will be installing the Hart Garage, Medical District Garage and Technology Village Ramp. These are all high demand parking locations and many more to come in these areas.

We also kicked off the Milwaukee Brewers stadium install this week. You may recall I said last week it consist of 10,000 spaces consisting of 19 lots which needs to be up and running by opening day on April 2nd. I need to adjust the number of spaces; I thought it was 10,000 spaces but have further analysis it will be 15,000 spaces making this our biggest lot to date. This adds the MLB to our portfolio and working on closing an opportunity with NHL Minor league and event venue in which I’ll talk about in an upcoming update.

2024 is going to be amazing and the first full week of the year has not disappointed.

Shake and Bake!!
