Dear MPS investor –

We continue to land deals every week. As a matter of fact, we just set the record for shortest lead time on a single deal. We were invited to present in front of the city council of Manchester by Sea, Massachusetts last week. Our team presented for 30 minutes on the benefits of the SafetyStick and 15 minutes later they voted unanimously to move forward with them. A total of 45 minutes start to finish. If you were wondering when the momentum is starting, wonder no more, it is here. This wasn’t our biggest deal, but that is not the point. The point is it was world record fast. The SafetySticks are a no brainer. We will be installing 16 of them at first, monitoring their 15-minute only parking spots.

Trivia: Manchester by the Sea, MA is the town where the movie “Manchester by the Sea” was filmed, and Ben Affleck’s brother Casey Affleck was in the lead role. Watch the movie and you will see where the sticks are going.

Butte, Montana here we come. We are running a pilot there right now which is going very well. We are monitoring their horse parking only spots. Ok I am kidding, but they have them there. I have included links to two stories about us from last week.

In Wisconsin, we signed our first municipality SafetyStick contract with Mauston and in Milwaukee we are preparing for the launch of our platform at Milwaukee Brewers stadium on  March 15th because opening day is April 2nd.

We finally closed on the Saskatoon Airport in Canada. This is our first SafetyStick contract in another country. The people at this airport wanted MPS a while ago, but the holdup was obtaining access to owner information on license plates. Well, we got it now and will be installing 28 SafetySticks to guard their no parking zones. Because Saskatoon loved it so much, the Calgary Airport is being installed this week for a quick pilot. This one will not take as long since we now have access to Canadian license plate info.

Right now, we are installing lots from Miami to Seattle.

You know, 133 years ago was the first car wreck of a gas-powered car in the USA. It was front page news. Well, we did some groundbreaking this week in the automotive industry. Our AI technology wrote a parking ticket to another AI technology. In Arizona they have these driverless car services, kinda like Uber but no one is driving the car (see photo attached). Crazy stuff. Not sure I would get in one of those, and I have jumped out of a perfectly good airplane before. We made history baby!

Hold on to your Hat!!
Joe
