SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
(MPS Text-To-Pay Parking Application)
1. MPS’ Text-To-Pay SMS Program Description
The SENTRY MOBILE application offers an optional Text-To-Pay text messaging (“SMS”) program to provide users with parking-related communications, including but not limited to:
Parking Session Confirmations
Expiration and Time-Remaining Alerts
Payment, Payment Confirmations, and Receipts
Enforcement or Violation Notices (Where Applicable)
Account, Security, and Service Notifications
Customer Support Responses
Messages may be sent using an automated system.
Signage is clearly displayed in parking areas with appropriate SMS numbers and locations codes, plus other helpful information.
2. In-App Opt-In
By enabling text alerts, you agree to receive SMS messages from Municipal Parking Services (“MPS”), or any of MPS’ parking resource owners, about your parking sessions, including expiration reminders and payment confirmations. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
3. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from MPS or by MPS on behalf of parking resource owners at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, for the purposes described above.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using parking services, except to the extent text messages are required for payment of parking your vehicle or to deliver transactional notifications you request (e.g., parking expiration alerts).
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your parking activity, account settings, and use of the Services. We may send you an initial message providing details about the service.
5. Carrier and Data Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan and applicable charges. NOTE: You are solely responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
6. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After you send STOP, you may receive one additional message confirming your decision to opt-out. You will not receive further text messages unless you re-enroll.

8. Supported Carriers and Limitation of Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information
You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you are permitted to receive messages at that number. You agree to promptly update your account information if your mobile number changes.
10. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Text-To-Pay SMS program is subject to our Privacy Policy, including how we collect, use, and protect personal information related to text messaging. You are able to read our Privacy Policy at: https://municipalparkingservices.com/privacy-policy.
11. Modification or Termination
We may modify or discontinue the Text-To-Pay SMS program at any time, with or without notice.
12. Compliance
We comply with applicable laws governing text messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier requirements.
