Dear Shareholder –

Over the last 18 months the company has really started to come alive with an accelerating pace of deal closures.  This next deal I feel stands above them all and could be a real game changer.  Time will for sure tell.  For the past year we have been working with AT&T in New York for them to promote the SafetyStick as a public safety device for cities running on the AT&T FirstNet network.  The FirstNet network is owned by AT&T and is a world class private cell and data network that AT&T put together for the federal government to provide super reliable wireless broadband network for first responders. When you and I have a dead spot or just one bar these first responders do not, these guys are on a separate network.  This network is nationwide.

I feel this deal has the potential to really put us on the map on many fronts. AT&T does not just do deals with anyone, when you think of who AT&T is doing business with it is those of global companies. I feel like it legitimizes us in the capital markets. It also legitimizes us to major cities and is a force multiplier for our sales efforts.

The deal is very straight forward . AT&T brings us into their customers, and they help us close the deals running our SafetySticks on their FirstNet network. This is a major win for us and them. They are trying to put as many things on the FirstNet network as they can and each device they put on the network helps drive their FirstNet strategy.  Simply put, they need as many things as they can to hang off this network. It is a match made in heaven.

This is a crawl walk run strategy. The first deal that we are teaming up to work on together is the city of Buffalo, NY. AT&T’s government team met yesterday with the mayor of Buffalo, NY. We were not in the room, they did it on their own.  According to them, the mayor said he wants to move forward as quickly as possible with SafetySticks.  I have included the executive summary that AT&T presented to the city of Buffalo.  To say I am excited about this would be a big understatement, but I have been in meetings before with these mayors and they get all pumped up and what you think would take one week turns in one year. I mean it is hard to say no to a device that makes your city safter, increases revenue and is free.

We are excited to see where this relationship goes, right now the goal is to get one in a row.  I have learned over the years dealing with 700-pound gorillas they don’t start off fast but once they get going, they are a force to be reconned with. The MPS train has definitely left building.

If you have any questions as always call my cell phone.

Hold on to your HAT.

 Thanks

Joe
