Big News today! I hope everyone is getting prepared for the holiday season. Here is a long update, but a great one.
I wanted to bring you up to speed on a couple of things that have happened in the last 72 hours.
Most of you own companies so I am not telling you anything new, but I think one of the main factors of a company's success, comes down to customers' satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction engulfs many aspects of a business, including product quality and demand, viability of pricing, and customer service. Once you get a happy customer, then the fun really begins. It opens the doors to repeat purchases and recommendations to their friends. Once you have accomplished this, you are truly off to the races. Well we are off and running.
I want to talk about a couple recent wins that we have received to back up that statement.
This morning, we got a contract with the city of Wood Ridge, NJ. They are next door neighbors of Hasbrouck Heights. How did we get the deal? Great question. Hasbrouck Heights, who is our customer using our safety sticks, sold the whole deal for us. They told Wood Ridge that they loved the SafetyStick and that it is making a big difference for them in their town, and that they should put SafetySticks in their town. We keep seeing more and more of this each month. When your company can get out of sales mode and go into order taking mode you better hold on to your hat. This is the kind of stuff that gets me really excited around here. I love taking orders.
Repeat Customers
The biggest measure of success to me is when your current customers come back and become repeat customers.
As you recall the City of Fort Myers FL, uses our parking lot technology with 8 of their parking lots/garages. They have been using us for the last 18 months. This gets me fired up!
On Friday they gave the rest of all their lots, garages, and boat ramps. That is 18 more locations. This brings us up to 24 locations in the city of Fort Meyers. You will have a hard time parking in Fort Meyers without running into MPS. We will be installing them asap and going live with violations as soon as possible.

Chicago
Windy City look out! Our Chicago expansion continues to flourish. We installed our first lot in Chicago 6 months ago and have seven locations installed as of now and just gained approval on three more today. So in a few weeks we will have 10 locations in Chicago .
Ski Resorts
I know you recall we won that big contract a few months ago to install all 17 locations like Aspen, Breckenridge, Crested Butte, Park City, Stephens pass, NorthStar, Heavenly etc .
I am excited to report that we got them all installed on time. Wait for it…. they just gave us 8 more ski resorts to install for next year. I love taking orders!
University of Texas
A couple weeks ago we were awarded the University of Texas contract to install SafetySticks. For those of you that live in the Austin area; the University of Texas is now installed and printing money. Go down to UT and check them out.
As you can see, we are rocking and shocking, and so many more deals that are on the one-inch line. I wanted to thank you, truly you are really helping us by bringing us contacts to get more deals. If you know of anyone that works at a city or owns a parking lot, please introduce us to them. We need everyone's help. We are growing now at breakneck speed and because of that we are going to expand our capital raise.
