Dear Shareholder,

I hope that you had a great holiday season with your family, and that Santa was good to you. Well Santa just delivered something really big to MPS today, I am not sure how he got it down the chimney, but he did, and he delivered something better than a Daisey Red Rider BB gun. What a way to start out the year.

Every industry has a magazine including parking. The parking magazine that everyone in the parking industry reads religiously is a publication called Parking Today. It is the Time Magazine of the industry. I am proud to report that we made the cover for the month of January with our SafetyStick. This is not one of these publications that you just can buy your way into it by purchasing a bunch of advertising in the magazine, if it was, I would have done it years ago.   You have to earn your way on there the hard way. It is such an honor for us to be on there with the SafetyStick. When you think about the parking industry, it has been around for over one hundred years and in the less than 2 years we have invented a segment that never existed and now our patented technology is on the front cover of the holy bible of the parking industry. This article talks about one of our customers and how they have used our SafetyStick to stop illegal parking in their town. This is a major problem around the world, and no one has ever done anything to try to stop it. If you take just a second and think about all the fire hydrants, bus stops, bike lanes, loading zones, cross walks, fire lanes etc. where you cannot park there are millions of places to put SafetySticks. I have been bragging about how great our product is but don’t take my word for it, just read the article from our customer's point of view. I am happy to report that all of our customers have expressed the same feelings as relayed in this magazine article. We have never lost a customer, and they keep ordering more sticks. I can’t make a more bold statement- how many companies can say that?!

Now Summerville in the Parking Today story uses the safety stick to protect it’s no parking spots, but the SafetyStick can be used for time parking spots also, where you can park for free like for 15 min or an hour but after that you must move. Think about the millions of spaces like that in the world and once again no one does anything to enforce those spots in a way that actually works.

Here is an example of Manchester by the Sea. We recently installed our SafetyStick for timed parking spots.

Please look at this video of Manchester by the Sea.

I am not sure if you know, but the SafetyStick uses AI to help to process the violation. As far as I know we are the only parking company that has deployed AI so I guess we are an AI company now.  Speaking of AI, about a year ago we asked ChatGPT (an AI source) what a SafetyStick was, and it had no clue!  Now we recently asked it and here is what it came back with. Now even ChatGPT knows about us.

Here is what ChatGPT's response was to our prompt.

The SafetyStick® is an innovative parking enforcement device developed by Municipal Parking Services (MPS). Designed to enhance public safety and improve parking behavior, it monitors designated areas such as no-parking zones, bike lanes, crosswalks, bus stops, and fire lanes.

Key Features:

·  Solar-Powered Operation: The SafetyStick® operates independently of external power sources, utilizing solar energy for continuous functionality.

·  Radar-Based Detection: Equipped with radar technology, it detects vehicles entering restricted zones. If a vehicle parks illegally, the system captures images for review by parking enforcement authorities.

·  Non-Intrusive Installation: Installation is straightforward, requiring only a few bolts, and does not necessitate integration with existing power grids.

·  Behavior Modification: By providing constant monitoring, the SafetyStick® aims to deter illegal parking and promote safer streets

PS.  After asking ChatGPT to tell us about SafetySticks we ask it what Rodney Dangerfield would have to say about SafetySticks if he were still alive.

1.      The SafetyStick, I tell ya, no respect!
I parked near one, and it didn’t just give me a ticket—it emailed my wife about my bad decisions!

2.      That SafetyStick is brutal, I tell ya!
It caught me parking in a no-parking zone. Next thing I know, it’s texting me reminders to clean my room!

3.      I don’t get no respect from the SafetyStick!
I parked for 30 seconds to grab my coffee. By the time I came back, it had charged me for a latte!

2024 was our best year by a long a shot. 2025 is going to look like we did nothing in 24.

The Parking Today story went out to everyone. Now that we are on the cover, everyone is going to know that we are the real deal and what we do. After you read this article ask yourself, does every city have this problem and is every city going to want to fix it? The answer is a resounding yes. We are the only solution, and it is patented. We have set ourselves up for something big and we are going to go execute on it in 2025.

2025 is going to be EPIC!!!

If you have any questions as always call me.

Hold on to your hat!!

Joe
