Dear Investor,

I wanted to share with you the biggest update that has ever been shared. Period. It is so monumental I have been struggling with how to put it into words.

We will start from the beginning. You may recall over the last 18 months I have been telling you about a couple companies that have come up with the genius idea to violate our patents with regard to our parking lot technology. I mentioned that at some point we were going to have to stand our ground and defend those patents. Back in June 2024 we sued the first company in US Federal Court. At that time, I sent you a copy of the lawsuit.

These guys were caught red handed violating our patents, so their only move was to go to the US Patent office and try to get our patents voided/invalidated. This is a very expensive endeavor, and you only do it if you know you are a dead man walking. I am very happy to report that we just won and they lost.

Clancy has no right to appeal this outcome since these were Ex Parte Reexams. It is over, done and dusted as they say. I have attached the rulings to this email.

If you remember the whitepaper we sent out several months ago, it talked about how this will be a $27 billion dollar a year business that only we would be able to have but it all hinged on our patents being legit. Now that the patent office has ruled that they are legit, it makes this whitepaper a much more interesting read. I have attached it again for your reading pleasure.
